Our fall seasonal combines the malty goodness of a German lager with the clean crispness of an American ale. Brewed with Munich malts and a delicate blend of Bavarian hops, it's a full-bodied treat with a nutty-sweet middle, a warming alcohol level and notes of toasted grains. A pre-winter winner.

"It was a dark amber in color and had very little head, which I think was due to the bartender. The nose on it smelled like fall, crisp and autumn. The moment I started to drink it, I got instant heartburn and couldn't bring myself to finish more than 1/2 of the beer. It was a waste of my money."

"12 oz bottle. Pours a dark brown with a smallish tan head that quickly recedes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is nutty malts with a little alcohol and some molasses.
The flavor is some sweet nutty malts and cola with a lightly bitter crisp finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, not terribly interesting, but an enjoyable brew."

"Most of the leaves in my yard have been picked up, old man winter is traveling this way so I thought I'd crack open this Autumn seasonal as a tribute to the changing of the seasons. Burnt malt in the aroma with some vanilla and cocoa along with a trace of noble hops. Opaque brown pour, thin filmy head, and streaky lacing. Smooth and creamy on the palate, medium body with a slightly thin finish. Pleasant flavor, very malty most notable is the roasted/burnt taste. Munich malt is a great addition in this beer. Lightly sweetened, nutty, along with toasted bread. Very balanced with just a hint of hop flavor. Good all around brew, I detect a big German influence in this one. Too bad I only had one to enjoy."

"Pours a very dark brown with a good head. The aroma rises with an instant mix of American hops and dark caramel and bread crust malts followed by a bit of tootsie roll."
