Yet to be named, our pale ale is the sort of beer found in most bars in Belgium or Holland. Relatively low in alcohol, it is heavy on hops and yeast.
Its character is derived from Kent Goldings hops.

"This one pours a copper amber with no head. There is a mild fresh hop aroma. The malt profile is good but it fades quickly. The moderate hop bitterness doesn't stick around for long."

" This is the only one that is not brewed at the brew pub and I do not know why. It is brewed by Old Dominion out of Ashburn, VA. I never get this one when I go there because it lacks in taste."
