This year's Christmas specialty is a Belgian Wit beer. It is brewed true to the Belgian style with a portion of unmalted wheat, bitter Curacao and sweet orange peel and coriander. To give it a more festive note the brewmaster has added a small amount of cardamon. The beer has been fermented with the Belgian specialty yeast: Forbidden Fruit. Cheers to a very happy and peaceful Christmas season from the Brewsters brewing team!

"Had on tap at the Crowfoot location. Was told by the waitress that since Christmas is over they are now calling it Winter Wit. Table cards have the brewers description.
Served very cold in a chilled, dimpled mug with an orange wedge. Color is dark yellow, cloudy as expected from a wit. Thin white head, but no real lacing or retention. Nice aroma of spice, banana and coriander. The accompanying orange actually complimented the flavor and aroma of the beer. Refreshing but a little thin mouthfeel. The extra spice flavoring help make it more like a winter warmer, but still more refreshing as a hot summer quencher. Another interesting seasonal."
