(3/10/2006 11:02:08 PM) "Pours off tap a pretty orange/amber/pink fusion. Very well carbonated. Nice lacing. A lacking aroma is made up for in a rather refreshing taste. Ginger can be tasted but is not overpowering. Well balanced for sure. The first enjoyable ginger beer I've tried. This was greatly refreshing, considerably tasty and would make a great beer for a nice day. Very simple, nothing spectacular but an excellent alternative to pale lagers.
