A stout with lots of roasted malt giving a full body with coffee flavours.

"Wow, greatly pleased to find this offering on tap at a place whose offerings are generally more simple. Typical looking, great head. Aroma full of coffee and deep roast. Quite nice so far. Where I really start to appreciate this beer is its tremendous mouthfeel - among the best of its style. Perhaps this is because at only 7.4% it finds itself on the lighter end of the scale for this style. That still considered, the beer holds its own by offering a great rendition of the style. Rather than distincting itself by being over the top, this beer seperates itself by offering all the robust flavour all the same. The only thing preventing me from giving this beer higher marks is its competition in the category. There are so many other great (slightly better) examples, but this was still a great beer that I had some real respect for."
