Our Kolsch Style is extremely delicate and has the characteristics of a light lager. The colour is golden with a very light hopping. The high attenuation gives rise to a dryness which accentuates the Noble German Hops. Unlike a lager, it has a subtle yet distinct fruitiness that rolls over the front palate. This is a subtle, yet beautifully balanced beer that will appeal to a great range of beer connoisseurs.
