"The aroma is crisp and clean with some grassy notes as well as some farm hay and reminds me of a blonde or cream ale to some extent. The appearance is a very clear and clear golden, pale yellow with good carbonation and has a nice and creamy head on top that diminishes to a light bleach-white lacing that sticks to the glass. The mouthfeel is very light-bodied with not much in the way of complexity or balance with a thin and watery palate. The flavor is grassy and grainy with an aftertaste that is a bit sweet but turns to some sour in the finish. Overall, not so much a kristall weizen in my opinion but it really is not a bad offering but is pretty boring and pretty unoffensive; just your typical, run-of-the-mill brew here."
