"Pours with a golden body topped by a medium thick head with some lacing. It’s slightly sweet and fruity with a slightly sour undertone and a hint of bitterness. Very nice. Light to medium bodied, crisp and dry."

"I was lucky enough to try some of this at the Cantillon brewery after taking the tour. From what it sounds like, this is the only place you can get this beer, as they claimed they don't bottle it for distribution because the large amounts of sugar would cause the bottles to explode after about a month. So I tried this beer having no idea what to expect and boy was I shocked. The sweetness was so unusual to me. I had a difficult time drinking this one. Just about no carbonation in this one, though it was poured from a jug that was already opened. I can't fairly rate this beer, but overall I can say that I wasn't thoroughly enjoying this unique style of lambic. "
