"Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white sparkling head. Aroma is concentrated sourness along with wood and fruits. Flavour is very much the same with some slight fruity notes lurking behind the sourness. Dry to the extreme. "

"Bottled in 2004, poured a golden color with a flat head, no lacing (probably left the glassware squeeky clean, these cantillon guys). The aroma was funk, leather, peaches, and apricots. The flavor followed the aroma, strong initial tartness, peaches, citrus notes, funky horseblankets / brett, and traces of wheat under it all. The mouthfeel was strongly acidic (surprise), leaves the mouth squeeky clean. One of the stronger fruit presences in a Cantillon, yet still darned Cantillon-like in tartness. Rather refreshing."

"Hazy orange-yellow colour, low dissapearing head. Acidic aroma of lemon peels, leather and barnyard. tart and very sour flavour of orange skins, hay and lemon. Where’s the apricot? Tart and sour aftertaste of lemon-peels and hay. Good but not the best Cantillon"

"
Tasted at the 2006 Pizza Port Belgian Fest. This fruit lambic pours a light yellow very hazy gold color from a 750ml bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, tart, sour and dry. Touch of apricots. A medium bodied lambic. Malts are fruity, with a prevalent apricot flavor. Intensly dry with a nearly mouth puckering tartness. Very dry, nearly Berliner Weiss in tartness. Still there is a strong malt and fruity backbone under all that tartness. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is tart.

"Poured a yellow color with a small head with very little lacing. Aroma was lemony and of some other fruit. Taste was so like sucking on a tart lemon, there was another fruit flavor that i couldn't figure out. Very sour. Still not liking lambics."
