"This fruit-lambic pours a cheery red color from a cap and corked 12oz bottle. Small sized slightly pinkish head. The aroma is tart cherries, some malts and some wood. A medium bodied lambic. Very tart cheery flavor. Touch of oak and some horse blanket and malt. Very tart and acidic tasting, with very little sweetness to balance. The tartness has some staying power. Nice crisp and bone dry finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is tart and sour. "

"This pours a hazy reddish color. It has a strong cherry scent. Has an extremely tart cherry flavor with hints of vinegar and lemons. This is a very wonderful beer."

"A pretty nice take on a kriek lambic, pouring with a nice attractive garnet or ruby color, nice pinkish head that had good retention (well carbonated beer). [I'm ignoring the cork pieces that ended up in this little sucker, despite being able to curse those folks at Cantillon for a bogus cork.] The aroma was funky funk funk horseblankets, bret, and tart cherries. Flavor followed suit, mouthfeel nice and crisp, boy was this tart and sour, took longer than a few sips to get used to."

"Pour was red, with no head even with a vigorous pour. Sweet cherry and vinegar aroma. Flavor was sour cherries, vinegar and horse blanket. Some other flavors and mustiness swirl about, but I don't know what they were. Mouthfeel was rich and smooth. Well made brew."

"A nice sour brew, but it stands in the shadow of some of the greats. Excellent funky aroma and eggshell head over copper red body. Smooth and acidic mouthfeel. Funky, sour aroma, nice pilsner malty backing. Nice, but I would really like more cherry in this. The flavor is there, but not as aggressive as it needs to be to be really great."
