"Sampled from bottle: Pours a beautifully dark yet clear illuminating copper colour with a finger sized white head. Aroma is slightly nutty, slightly malty with soft caramel undertones. Taste is creamy on the palate with hints of milk chocolate, mint and pepper."

"Medium copper colored body with a trace of a thin white head. The aroma is shortbread cookies with earthy toffee. There is also some a little bit of dried grass. The taste is much drier than I expected. It has some light toffee and bread crust. There is plenty of carbonation with the short lived taste. I have had a lot better from Central Waters. Thanks a lot, civ. "

"An excellent Okotberfestbier from Wisconsin. Great deep brown with fluffy eggshell head. Loads and loads of malt flavors, some german (hallertauer?) noble hop flavor. Roasty and an almost chocolately maltiness comes in mid bottle. Slight yeasty breadiness. Excellent offering."
