(6/4/2007 4:23:04 AM) "@Weekend Of Spontaneous Fermentation. Orangeish amber colour, no head. Aroma is sour wood with some sweeter notes. Flavour is sour fruits, wood and some weird sweetness. A lot of roasted peanuts (and overall nuttyness) in flavour also. Not very pleasant.
