"A deep copper body, very little carbonation, no lace left on my glass. Aroma a little sour, and malty. Flavor was simiar to aroma, with a very slight fruit and tobacco presence. Overall it was o.k. but i dont see buying it again."

"The aroma is sweet and malty with hints of spices. The appearance is a deep rusty reddish orange with a thin, white head that lingers and sticks to the glass. The mouthfeel is light and dry with complexity. The flavor is great starting creamy and then turns into hints of coffee-like java ending dry and smooth and very crisp. Overall, much better than I expected with not too much bitter in the taste. "

"Pours with a deep amber color with a thick tan head. The aroma is light malt with some dark fruit and bread. Fair carbonation in this beer with a thin to medium mouthfeel. Light taste with sweet malt and finishes with a nice spice and hop character. Very drinkable!"

"This beer pours a deep orange-brown, a great colour. The head is fairly thick, and off-white. The aroma is sweet malt, some fruit (plums, raisins) and a hoppy tone. The flavour is well balanced between the maltish fruit tones, and the bitter hop finish. A nice beer."

[5] Review by Cybercat from Atlanta, GA, USA who has tried this beer once. (6/13/2008 9:28:01 PM)
"Pours a semi-transparent light mahogany or coppery brown. Aroma is hoppy with some traces of spices and a little malt component. Flavor is almost more winey than beery, fairly fruity and a little malty, and has a strong nip to it, as well as some strong but pleasant hoppy bitterness. It goes down smoothly and with pizzazz."
