Our original brew, (some just call it “Church-Key”.) This Stock Ale was designed to be a throw back to the tavern ales of the 40’s and 50’s. Crisp, light palette with a dry citrus finish.

"Aroma of slight hops and spices. Semi-hazy golden body with some slight white cap, average retention. Flavour profile is very lite with little malt but a touch of sweetness and spices. Starts slightly bitter, moves to the sweet taste, and then finishes with another slight bite. Excellent mouthfeel, smooth and even a bit creamy. Fairly lite but not watery, it would be an excellent session ale."
