"07.10.05 Bottle, RBSG tour. Pale yellow, plenty of visible eff. Wood, leather, more wood. Light and soft. Mild finish with lasting barnyard. Lovely take on a sweet French style."

"Bottle: Poured a sparkling medium yellow color cider with a real barnyard aroma to it. Quite dry with a slight feel of rotten apples. Overall, this is an above average sparkling dry cider."
