"This fruit beer pours a orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Medium to large sized white foamy head, with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is blackberries, cranberries, orange, some tartness and some funk. Medium bodied ale. The malts are fruity and sweet with lots of blackberries and orange flavors, yet it has a lot of saison and gueuze character as well. Makes for a strange combination that, for this bottle at least, work very well. The fruit sweetness is whacked by the tartness, but manages to survive somehow. Good carbonation. Nice balance. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet with some long lasting tartness."
