"THis had far more of a following when I was kid, or else their advertising budget was larger, not sure which. Not as bad a Malt Liquor as others, but not something a craft beer drinker should be reaching for."

"I've only ever had this beer from a bottle. Gets progessively worse as it warms up but as the add says it does work everytime. The taste isn't that great but you feel cool drinking it knowing that Billy Dee drinks it!"

"...and two zig-zags, baby that's all we need. Malt and alcohol dominates the flavor. Best to drink by pouring a glass and storing the rest in the fridge or freezer, and repeat. Above 55 degrees you have to wrestle it down. "

"This is another old school beer for me. Don't think I actually ever bought it to try, but remember my uncle would have it every now and then. For malt liquor, I'd say Mickey's may have this one hands down, but it could somewhere in between that and Ole E. When it comes to swill, I think I actually prefer malt liquor....something about the malty taste I like."

"Poured a medium yellow with decent head and lacing. The aroma and taste was all alcohol. I found that it ruined the beer. This is by no means a high end beer but if you dialed the booze back it could be drinkable."
