Coopers Heritage Premium Ale is a chill-filtered clear beer.
Brewed using an unusual blend of malt and unmalted grains, this beer has been created with a full-bodied palate, a golden colour and a good creamy head.
The subtle malt character is balanced with a moderate level of bitterness and by late hopping in the brew kettle that adds a pleasing hop aroma.
An ale yeast has been specifically selected for its desired floral and fruity characters of top fermentation, which complement this complex and well-balanced palate.

"Hazy yellow colour, small foamy head. Caramel and alcohol in aroma. Malty flavour with hints of hops, hay and butter. Also some vegetably notes are present. Dry finish. "
