"940 reviews, and just realized I had never rated this popular, self-proclaimed "coldest beer on earth". Pours a light yellow colour with a big white frothy head, decent retention, actual foamy lacing and average carbonation. Corn malt scent with the normal swill pungent stench. Watery mouthfeel that is very thin. Not sure what the flavour is. Can't even taste the corn. Very mild herbal thing going on. No aftertaste, and recommended to those who do not like beer. Better, straight from the bottle, than the can."

"i actually don't mind Coors original, but Coors lite is a perfect example of why non beer drinkers think of beer as pee! if you're watching you're figure, drink water. if not, have a real frikkin beer!"

"As most reviewers have pointed out, there is essentially no taste. Still, this is better than many light beers because there is no flavor or aftertaste. Pretty much beer flavored water."

"I have had this beer numerous times. Very pale golden color, white head--no retention. Very thin mouthfeel, balance very light flavor. Overall-- very much less than average lawn mower beer."

"Watery, bland and fizzy. Some mild beerlike flavor above ample carbonation. A slightly cornlike aftertaste. This resembles beer in some fashion, but may take a little imagination. Even for a macro light beer, which I was forced to drink several at a recent company golf outing when the decent beer ran out, this is below par."
