Refreshingly golden in colour with a crisp palate and hoppy aroma from the Centennial and First Gold hops, this has a distinctive nose, combined with delicate mouthfeel and a subtle aftertaste, to make this a wonderfully quaffable beer.

"Bottled (Daleside Blonde Lager Ale, 4.3%).Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Grassy nose with hints of flowery hops. Slight maize in flavour, along with hops kicking in. Also slight notes of mould in the flavour. Gets a bit sweet in finish. Quite lagerish-tasting thing. 5 3 5 3 10
Casked@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma of fruits, hops and grass/hay. Flavour is hayish hoppy and sour fruity. Very dry, but quite nice. 6 3 6 3 12. "

"A nice surprise. This is the first beer from Daleside I actually enjoyed. Clear golden with firm white head. Fresh and fruity aroma of orange-peels, flowers, lemon and soap. Soapy and grassy flavour with notes of ryebread. Medium bitter aftertaste of orange-peels and grass. Quite refreshing and quaffable."
