"Cask@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Colour is golden and the head is white and foamy. Aroma is very much anis with some clove in it. Flavour is also spicy of anis and clove. Some slight hints of wheat and caramel also. A very weird mix of flavours in this one. "

"Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear golden with a thin white foam. Looks like your avarage Norrlands Guld. Faint nose of ginger and oranges. Quite spicy flavour which is dominated by ginger with touches of cookies, cinnamon, biscuit and fresh grassy hops. Ginger and soft pale malts in the finish with a subtle but still fresh grassy hop note. Interesting beer, the label claims it is a witbier but to me it’s a spiced (mainly ginger) golden ale with a low hop rate."
