"Bottle: Poured a cloudy orangey color ale with a big foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of spicy yeast with some coriander and loads of wheat. Taste was also dominated by some spices with some notes of coriander and huge wheat malt profile. Body is full with some limited filtration and great carbonation. Very nice take on the style wit some nice balance with some great notes of complexity."

"Hazy yellow colour with a big creamy head, that lasts for a while and leaves nice lace. Aroma is citrusy, spicy and hoppy with some stinging sweetness. Flavour is pretty much the same. Says "Dubbel Wit" on the paper emballage, and that's pretty much what it's about. "

"Bottle 14Jan.2006. Crystal clear pale yellow color with a nice intial bubbly head, ok lacing (cloudy with the end of the bottle pour). Aroma was floral first and foremost, oranges, light spice (more caracao than coriander methinks). Flavor followed suit with lightly lemon-sour twist underneath the candi-sugared wheaty base. Maybe some salt in there too? The finish is sticky with dryness from a bitter hop finish. This beer hits all four areas of the tongue, pretty neat and unique. However, this one doesn't hold a candle to des Rocs' dubble blanche. Actually, as the temperature increases, the spices are getting annoying."
