The allusion to the pink elephant a consequence of a delirium tremens the day before, is not a chance. The reasons are multiple: first of all, the beer possesses a degree of high alcohol; and, on the other hand, irresponsible consumers sometimes suffer devastating effects of a too much consumption of alcohol.
This beer became the classic of the brewery, appreciated especially for its qualities dégustatives, as well as the mystery that hides itself behind the gray partitions of his characteristic bottle. This blond perfect one stresses the qualities of an exceptional houblon as well as of different clear malts. She offers herself points aiguës bitterness, and unveils to the nose an astonishing malted coat. The conclusion combines a bitter and peppered tone without aggressiveness. She represents strong blond beer under its better appearance. She was sacred champion of the world of beers in 1998.

"Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a big foamy white head that goes away all too quickly leaving tons of lacing. Excellent carbonation - almost soda pop-ish. Aromas of lots of fruits - bananas, apples, citrus, even ripe fruits like dates and raisins - then a very sweet malt. Taste is sweet then fruity then ever so slightly bitter allthewhile being fizzy."

"This brew poured a light golden straw color with a large white head leaving minimal lace. Significant yeast and vanilla aroma. Sweet and fruity. Flavor of citrus, apples, vanilla, coriander, clove and other spices. No hops taste to speak of. Alcohol is prevalent. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and a little dry. I'd buy it again."

"The famed Pink Elephants. This beer poured a translucent dark gold with a long lasting off-white head. The aroma was spicy malt, with some floral hops. The flavour was fruit spices up front, followed by a mildy bitter finish. An excellent experience."

"Thanks to Patra for this wonderful birthday gift. This one bubbled up right out of the bottle as I opened it. It poured a nice golden blond color with an aggressive foamy white head. Little bits of yeast sediment were floating in the beer that was otherwise clear. The aroma has lovely notes of yeast, sweet fruits and spice. The flavor doesn't disappoint. Doughy yeast and malts mix with sweet fruits, pineapple and candy. The body is medium and the carbonation is lively. Overall it's very refreshing yet complex. Very good I must have more!

"A playful label draws one's attention. A brew follws in pour with a cloudy yellow body, sweet, slighty yeast flavoring and nose. Among the best carbonation I've seen. The smoothness of the first sips hides the kick that soon follows"
