"Bottle, at RBESG 2007 in Glasgow, Grand Tasting, as "Christophe Noyon Blanche de Wissant, Bière blanche". Very pale milky colour. Large and fluffy head. Strong wheaty aroma with coriander and orange peel. Wheaty flavour, some citrus and coriander, refreshing, nice. "

"Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is very big coriander, zest, a lot of other citrusfruits, wheat and some more spices involved. Flavour is coriander, wheat, slight yeast and some grass. A very pleasant thing, that at the same time is very refreshing and full of stuff. One of the better Witbiers I have had. "

"Cloudy pale yellow with a rich white foam. White bread, soap, wet grass, orange-peels and yeast in the aroma. Light-bodied with notes of wheat, mild banana esters, dried oranges and white bread. Mild finish of wheat, banana.skins and white bread."
