This Blonde beer is the first product of Christophe Noyon, slightly bitter and delicately fruity, it has 6%, and obviously copies abbey beers. Brewed by infusion, its ancient-style manufacture respects the work of time. The malted barley and the hops release the best from themselves. The wort thus obtained, in contact with the yeast, by a subtle alchemy, is transformed into beer... The fine layer of yeast which settles in the bottom of the bottle is a sign of quality.

"Very hazy, almost cloudy pale golden colour with a rich white head. Lemony and yeasty aroma with notes of grass soap, and cellar. Dryish flavour of yeast and lemon-rind with touches of wet grass. Grassy hops, yeast and minerals in the finish. Refreshing and complex."
