"Draught (5.5%). Dark ruby/amber, almost opaque colour. Huge beige head, which also leaves some lacing. Spicy aroma with hints of hopsand some grassyness. Flavour is spicy with hints of clove. Also hints of grassiness and caramel. A bit oily palate.
Bottled (6.5%). Colour is hazy dark brownish ruby coloured, with a big foamy head. Leaves a lot of lace. Aroma is orange, spices, some slight cinnamon and yeast. Once it gets warmer the cinnamon gets strong. Also clove is present. Flavour is cinnamon and clove with some dry fruity hints. Orange, malts and some slight caramel become present once it warms up a bit. Spices in aftertaste. Xmas beer indeed. Refreshing, and lovely in my opinion. De proef -made beer, only for Finnish market (for the importers Diamond Beer). This will be bought again for Xmas, and maybe even a few bottles for aging. "
