(6/6/2005 9:59:34 AM) "Sample at Mondiale 2005: Poured a light clear pink color beer with small bubbly head with almost no retention. Aroma of raspberry syrup is clearly identifiable with also some sourness. Sourness clearly dominates the taste and is well balance with the raspberry, which are not overly sweet. Reminiscent in some ways of some lambic fruit.
