This is a white coloured beer with a delicate foam. Its aromas are of wheat, citrus fruits and spices due to the addition of coriander and Curaçao orange peels. It is a light, well-rounded beer which offers a nice equilibrium between the refreshing wheat flavours and the tangy citrus acidity

"07.11.05 Tap at brewpub. Hazy yellow gold. Sturdy white foam. Lots of citrus and heaps of corriander. Not so yeasty other than some solid acidic bite. Not my favorite DDC, laid back, weak bodied, and a bit plain."

"Poured a hazy yellow color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet citrus, spices and light yeast. Taste was full of spices, tart citrus, and finishing dry and yeasty."
