(10/12/2005 8:34:34 PM) "Sampled at the brewpub, in company of S8n on September 17, 2005. Pours a deep amber-red colour with a medium creamy head. Very nice creamy lacing. Mild grain malt and alcohol nose. Syrupy and sticky mouthfeel. The rye comes out in the aftertaste with mild bitterness throughout. Notes of caramel in the finish. The start is kind of fruity.
