A beer inspired by the ancestral methods of brewing which consisted of using an infinite amount of spices and herbs instead of hops. This is an amber-red coloured beer which has a soft foamy head. The aroma is one of anise, caramel and nutmeg. Every draught offers a hint of sweetness and a touch of caramel, spices and hops.
