This is a June straw blond coloured beer, well-rounded with a touch of malt sweetness. It’s aroma is lightly perfumed by the fruity smell of hops. This beer was conceived in order to introduce the general public to the wide array of Dieu du Ciel beers. Although it is less remarkable than our other beers, it is very much appreciated by our customers and is worth a try!

"Sampled at the brewpub, in company of S8n on September 17, 2005. Pours a golden colour with light carbonation. Small white head and not much retention. Nice patchy coat of lace that stays. Fruity malt nose that is mild. Smooth mouthfeel with a creamy finish. The taste starts with a fruity mouth and finishes malty. Grainy aftertaste with sweet malt lingering. Great blonde ale with a good mixture of fruit, sweet and grain malt."

"I don't think it's possible for DdC to make a bad beer!!!! This is a much better than average blonde ale, especially when I see in the recommendations Labatt 50. Well this pours a slightly carbonated light amber colour with a white head. Very slight hop/malt aroma. The taste is really where it's at with this one, where there's really nothing overpowering it's just a very nicely balanced mix of smoked malts and hops. A really nice beer, especially for anyone starting out."

"Not a bad light beer. Poured a clear golden yellow color with only a mediocre head. Flavor, however, overachieved and essentially tasted like a really decent light beer. Nice hop / malt balance."
