"Tapped a dark straw color...crystal clear with a smallish frothy cap...laced well. Soft carbonation. Aromas of musty earthiness with some apple. Light bodied crisp, malt is nutty-bready, hops do not seem present until the finish where you get a bittering over the biscuity malts....this is a nice brew ..light but is it a Kolsh?
