As red as the sunset, this abbey beer is topped by a compact foam that sticks to the glass. The floral aromas multiply the malt and caramel bouquet within the beer. The sweet caramel taste of the beer blends quite nicely with the warm alcohol flavour. Another house specialty, the Rigor Mortis beers are extremely complex. Conceived and brewed with care and patience much like the great Belgian Abbey beers, these beers never stay long on the menu!
