"Sample at the Mondiale 2005: Poured an hazy yellow color ale with a medium head with minimal retention. Aroma of rip pear is clearly detectable as well as funky yeast. Taste is bit too sweet for my liking with the pear aspect taking too much place. Bitter finish is quite enjoyable. Overall, a nice saison though the abundance of the pear would limit the amount of this beer that I could drink."
