"I'm not sure why I grabbed this bottle vs. the 90-minute but I wanted to work my way up the ladder. Fantastic aroma and color, although for such a well-hyped IPA I expected a little more oomph in the hop aroma. Taste was delicious; again, not over-the-top like I expected (which I assume I'll get from the 90min) but hearty of hops and citrus and very well-balanced. A great drink!"

"Piney - hop aroma (you know the one we all want). Beautiful dark golden color. Medium-bodied mouth feel and a great hop flavor. If you haven't had an IPA or similarly "hopped" brew this would be a great one to start with."

"I like this almost as much as 90 minute. A nice color, very nice aroma. Dry hoppy without being acidic. Most people I know prefer the 90 minute, but 60 minute is great when you don't want to land on your backside for the night."

"On tap at McSeagull's (how's that for a tourist trap?) in Booth Bay, ME. Deep copper color, no head. Flavorwise, I thought this was a rather timid entry for an IPA, but that may be a result of drinking Stone beers for so long. Orange zesty flavor, but not the robust hop flavor I was expecting. "

"I ordered the 60 Minute IPA on tap at Fat Bobs Smokehouse in Buffalo NY. It has a nice golden color with orange highlights and a small white head that makes great lace on the glass. The aroma is full of piney hops with some floral and citrus notes as well. Like the aroma the flavor is strait up hops over a lightly toasted malt base. It has a medium bodied palate with a slightly oily texture. The bitterness of the hops lingers long into the finish making this a grate beer for hop lovers.
