A strong IPA brewed with real apricots and finished with whole leaf Willamette and Cascade hops.

"great interplay between the sweet apricot and the immense hop aroma and flavor. WAY more than your average fruit beer, it's what I wish all fruitees tasted like. similar to an ipa in style, HUGE hop bite after, with the fruit up front. Great on the palate."

"Hmmm, Ok its got fruit in it so I guess its a fruit beer, but its much more. Nose has a ton of apricot when first poured with hints of hopy citrus notes that become more predominant after a moment or two. Also a lot of pine in the nose, its a very big nose and sweet. Pours a pale clear copper with decent off white head that dissipates fast with minimal lace. Mouth is slippery and medium bodied and quite fizzy in an OK way. Flavor is pretty well balanced lots of apricot but lots of hops too, kinda like magic hat but with out the sour, the hops and the alcohol keep the sweetness just this side of cloying. The is a peppery note from the hops as well and a bit more malt then one might expect. Alcohol present but masked well. Finish is quite dry and very balanced after the initial apricot sweetness. for an apricot beer this is well done and befitting of DFH. Nicely done."

"Drank this in DF's Rehobath brew pub, nice medium orange hue, hoppy like an IPA but smooth ballance of malt/fruit, medium body, easy drinking, nice ale I can't seem to drink more than two, then I'm full."

"Pours a clear, bubbly orange/amber colour with no head. Barely noticeable lacing, but virtually no head. Aroma is faint of apricots and lime- thats about it. Taste is again, tangy- citrusy, little hops, but more tang than anything. I don't want to say sour- but something like that. Mouthfeel is light (seems to be the theme of this beer) but well rounded. Overall, I enjoyed it, i like most of what I have had from DFH, however, this could use a little more improvement in my opinion. "

"Pours a beautiful copper color with a nice light cream head. Aroma is sweet and hoppy but more sweet than hoppy. Flavor is fairly not spicy at all but a balance between the hops and fruit. The flavor is a relatively light one for an IPA and the apricots are actually a little hard to taste but you can tell that they are there."
