You may have read about his beer in the Wall Street Journal last month.... it's finally ready!
Fed- Extra Mild is an English Mild ale brewed with Pale, Crystal, and Wheat malts. The brew was then hopped with over 7 pounds of freshly picked hops per barrel (Normally we'd use around ﾾ lb per barrel).
Three varieties of hops were used:
1) Centennial hops picked fresh from Washington Sate and immediately shipped overnight to our door
2) Cascade hops grown locally at an employee's house!
3) Fuggles Hops grown right here at the Rehoboth Beach brewpub!
6.0%ABV with approximately 70 IBU"s.
