Release Date: 10/20/08 Piston Honda ABV: 4.5% Style: Wet Hop Lager IBU: 25 This brother of FedEx Mild is a clean crisp lager brewed with a Japanese Hop called Sorachi Ace. We used 20 lbs. of this hop straight from the vine to give the beer a bright, pleasant lemony aroma with some subtle spiciness. The Lager has a deep golden color and plenty of hop flavor without too much bitterness. This brew-pub exclusive will pair well with our Calamari or any light seafood dish. The name Piston Honda comes from Mike Tyson’s Punch Out!! Video game.
