"[Nearly first pour from Keg] I had the T'ej on tap at the Grey Lodge as part of their Dogfish head wackiness night. It poured a deep golden colored body with a white head that left some minor lacing. The taste was dominantly of honey with a slight spice undertone. A solid brew from a great brewer. "

"[First pour from the keg] Poured a golden color with a medium sized, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of honey, spices, flowers, and faint nuts. Taste of sweet honey up front, turning earthy, some more nuts, turning dry, earthy, and fruity, with some faint chardonnay grapes. Just a touch of alcohol in the finish. The keg kicked in under an hour tonight!"
