"Bottled (vintage 2000). Hazy peach colour, big foamy head. Spices and sour apple in aroma. Sour apple, grapes and spices in flavour. Very dry finish. Extremely pleasant. Wellbalanced. "

"An amber colured beer with a small thick white head. Acidic fruity aroma of grapes and apples. Some barnyard notes in the background. Woody and sour flavour of grapes and red currant. Acidic finish. Dangerously drinkable "
