Pivovarský Dum this month's special: Original Stout (June 2008) Stout top-fermented beer has been brewed mainly on the Brittish isles and in Ireland since the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries. It is usually prepared of blend of light and roasted malts.

"Draught. Very deep brown opaque colour with mediumsized brown head. Aroma is caramel malts, coffee, some dark chocolate and roasted notes. Flavour is coffee, mild acidicness, some roasted malts, herbs and mild notes of vanilla. Pleasant!"
