[1] Review by Phil B from Gatineau, Canada who has tried this beer once. (2/8/2008 3:09:11 PM)
"Bottle: Poured a dark dirty beige color ale with a large foamy head with great retention and good lacing. Aroma of Belgian malt with some notes of peppery yeast. Taste is also dominated by some semi-sweet Belgian malt with some notes of peppery yeast and a final dominated by some dry floral hops. Body is full with some limited filtration and some great carbonation and no alcohol was apparent. Very complex and very well done for this fine brewery.

"Bottled. Deep nutbrown hazy colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is caramel malts, spices and some slight hops. Flavour is yeast, caramel, earth and sourness. Twisted mix, but at the same time really pleasant. "
