Pale gold in colour but rich with grapefruit notes. This bitter is strong in alcohol and flavour, yet is thirst quenching and easy to drink. Named after St Cuthbert's Cross which can be seen in Durham Cathedral.

"Cask handpump at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Pristine golden beer with a creamy white head. A lot of citrus flavour and nicely bitter. Light to medium bodied; very easy to drink. Superb."
