Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

"12 fl. oz. bottle, bought at the GBBF 2008 for takeaway. ABV is 5.5%, IBU 35. Deep amber to orange colour, decent off-white head with an orangey hue. Very nice aroma of Cascade hops, notes of citrus and honey. The flavour is also dominated by Cascade hops, but there is a sufficient malty base to balance the hops. Moderately bitter aftertaste. American Pale Ale is an underrated style IMO, this is an example. Great balance is more interesting for me than "hop monsters". Good beer!"

"This poured up a frothy, two-fingered, off-white head on top of an amber/orangey sort of body. The aroma was mostly hopped but with some citrus notes as well. It tasted almost like an IPA, as it did have a bite to it (no pun intended). Good mouthfeel and a touch of sweetness at the finish."

"This brew poured an amber color with a small off-white head that hung around a while and left minimal lacing. The aroma was herbal, citrus, and spicy hops with a little yeast in the background. The Mouthfeel was thin to medium with mild carbonation. The flavor was outstanding with hops in the front and middle, and hops in the background; a little spicy but very drinkable pale ale."
