"This is a beverage I wish was more readily available in Canada. The beer pours a hazy orange with a fizzy whitish head. The aroma is somewhat sour and stale with hints of apples, pears, and peaches. The flavour is sour, but greatly enjoyable. Champagny textures are not my thing, but every once in a while something like tyhis comes along and challenges that belief of mine. "

"Bottle courtesy of purfock: Poured a orangey color lambic with a huge foamy head with excellent retention and some good lacing. Aroma of green apple and tart is really great. Taste is a complex mix between some green apple, some sour and tart notes with some light funky barnyard notes. Full body with great carbonation. I appreciated that the level of acidity is manageable and doesn’t totally overrun the complexities."

"375ml bottle, caged and corked. Pours a golden orange with a large fizzy white head that recedes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is sour and tart fruits (apples) with some sugary sweetness and champagne. A little yeast comes out as it warms.
The flavor is sour tart apples with a dry champagne-like finish. The mouthfeel is medium with sharp bubbly carbonation.
Overall, a good beer, but not one of the better sours I've had. I don't care for the champagne and apples. It almost seems like a cross between champagne and cider. It's not as complex as I was expecting."

"Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is enormously sour fruits with some nice yeasty and slightly acidic notes. Flavour is dry, sour fruits and very pleasant. Mouthdrying, but also refreshing. "
