"On tap at the GBBF 2008. Beautiful red colour, minimal pinkish head. Very nice cherry aroma. The flavour is also dominant cherries on a moderately sour background. Not too sweet, fairly light bodied. "

"Dark ruby red, thick pink head. Sweet black cherries in aroma with notes of wood and lactic acidity. Lot’s of black cherries in flavour. Hin’t of maringue, oak with a subtle tartness. Full and natural. Rich fruity aftertaste with traces of oak. Quite good!"

"Bottle: Poured a beautiful red colored beer with a huge head with excellent retention. Aroma is quite complex mix of lightly sweet cherries and some sourness. I was quite surprised by the balance between the cherries and the sourness as I drank this beer. Definitely a change from your juice/sugar added fruit lambic that are more commonly available to me. Wish I could drink some more of this wonderful drink."
