The original brewed Lambic. Letting this beer age for 1, 2 or 3 years and mixing those for fresh Lambic makes a Gueuze. A Gueuze is also bottle conditioned which gives it carbonation. The Lambic however is complete flat without bubbles. Available only in draught form.

"Draught@Weekend Of Spontaneous Fermentation. Deep golden colour, no head. Aroma is wood, vinegar and slight sour fruits. Very stinging nose. Flavour is enormously wooden along with some mild sourness. "

"Golden, low white foam. vague aroma of lemon-peels. Wet hay and lemon in flavour with a unclean buttery note. Woody and slightly sour finish. A dissapointment."
