Brewery Description:
The oldest surviving brewery and industrial complex in Australia, restored to original functions reproducing the original ales and stouts made there by traditional processes since 1836. The brewery complex is made up of the steam flour mill, maltings, tobacco curing kiln, cooperage, mews, stables and workers cottages designed by Francis Greenway.
