Blanche udvikler en stor hvid skumkrone. Farven er dyb gylden med et fint uklart slør, som frembringer et orange farvespil i øllet. Blanche dufter overvejende frisk og frugtig. Der spores tydelige toner af abrikos, men også indtryk af ferskner og tørre druesorter blander sig i helhedsindtrykket. Blanche er forfriskende og rund i smagen. Bitterheden er meget diskret, så der gives god plads til øllets indtryk af sødme og frugtighed. Alt i alt et godt bud på en tørstslukkende øl med god karakter.

"Bottled. Golden colour, meidumsized white head. Aroma is mild wheat along with some fruiyts and earth. Flavour is earth, wood and dry grassyness. More like a pils than witbier..."

"Hazy yellow, rich white foam. Straw, neutral yeast and dried oranges in the aroma. Sweaty flavour of hay and grains. Low bitterness with touches of hay in the finish."
