A robust, deeply flavoured ale with multiple malts and hops with some of the American 'super-alpha' hops blended with some new and traditional aroma hops

"The beer is a rusty-red gold colour with a fluffy head that lasts a minute or two. The aroma is definitely hoppish, with some fruity tones, and some caramel malt. The flavour is dominated by the cutrusy feel of the hops, but there is some malt to be savoured as well."

"On Tap at the castle. Tapped a deep clear amber color with a decent sticky off-white cap that lasts and laces the glass Aromas of roast toffee, some carmel over dry hay and some citrus. Up front a decent malt spine is balanced with pine-citrus hopping...mid palate the hopping gets bitter and dries up the drink leading to a clean dry bitter finish. This is the bitter amber that Wellington never brewed.
